We are excited to announce our partnership with Centrifuge, a leading platform for innovative financial technology, to enhance the transparency of the Anemoy Liquid Treasury Fund (LTF). By integrating Chronicle’s decentralized RWA Oracle, Centrifuge can now provide real-time price updates and third-party verification for LTF, bringing unprecedented transparency to the fund’s operations.

Chronicle’s RWA Oracle empowers Centrifuge to offer a trustless, on-chain tracking system for the Net Asset Value (NAV) of LTF. This solution enables stakeholders to seamlessly verify all components of the fund, from onchain assets to detailed records of offchain holdings held by the fund’s custodian. Oracles, such as ours, serve as the bridge between blockchain networks and external data, allowing smart contracts to function using accurate, real-world information.

“Our collaboration with Centrifuge and Anemoy showcases the transformative role decentralized oracles can play in delivering trust and transparency to real-world assets,” said Nik Kunkel, Founder of Chronicle. “With Chronicle’s RWA Oracle, investors can access a clear, unbiased, and verifiable view of the Liquid Treasury Fund, giving them greater confidence in the security and stability of their investment.”

Anil Sood, Co-Founder of Anemoy, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “This partnership revolutionizes transparency for our fund. Investors can now access real-time verification of the Liquid Treasury Fund’s composition, providing a robust level of trust and ease in fund management.”

Jeroen Offerijns, CTO of Centrifuge, added, “Integrating Chronicle’s RWA Oracle enhances the transparency of our onchain assets, offering investors verified, real-time data. This is perfectly aligned with Centrifuge’s mission to create a bridge between traditional finance and decentralized finance.”

Together, Chronicle’s RWA Oracle and Centrifuge’s tokenization technology deliver unmatched transparency and reporting for real-world assets within Anemoy, giving investors greater clarity and confidence.

About Chronicle

Chronicle, the original oracle on Ethereum, is a novel, blockchain-agnostic Oracle solution that has exclusively secured up to $22B in assets for Sky – formerly known as MakerDAO – and its ecosystem since 2017. Chronicle’s mission is to deliver on DeFi’s vision of transparency and decentralization. To solve the tradeoffs between security, decentralization, and cost, Chronicle spearheaded a breakthrough in Oracle network architecture by developing Scribe, an extremely gas-efficient Oracle based on aggregated Schnorr signatures. In doing so, Chronicle is raising the industry standard for Oracles by delivering more security, more transparency, and more resilience, at a lower cost.
