Today, the security of DeFi’s TVL received a major upgrade, with Steakhouse Financial, Bitcoin Suisse, and Block Analitica joining Chronicle’s decentralized Oracle network as validators. These firms join Sky (FKA MakerDAO), Euler, Gitcoin, Etherscan, Infura, and others to stake their reputations on the network's security.

The logic that underpins the Chronicle Protocol validator set is simple. The organizations running Validator nodes (and holding the power to manipulate what the Oracle reports), must be highly reputable and have a vested interest in the growth and success of the crypto industry.

Organizations like these are far more resilient against coercion, have resources to combat malicious actors, have battle-tested operational security, and, by being publicly identifiable as a validator node in a protocol with full transparency, put their reputation at stake if they were to act maliciously.

Each of the network’s new additions has proven its value-add to the crypto community in its own way, and we’re very proud to have them validate the protocol:

Bitcoin Suisse was founded in 2013 and is a pioneer of crypto-finance. A driving force in the creation of ‘the Crypto Valley', Bitcoin Suisse remains one of the leading providers of crypto financial services to private and institutional investors.

Steakhouse Financial is a leading crypto financial advisory firm providing services to the DeFi ecosystem's largest actors such as Lido, Sky (fka MakerDAO), Morpho, and Venus.

Block Analitica is a risk management advisor, operating since 2018, and trusted and employed by a significant portion of crypto’s financial firms, such as Aave, Spark, Compound, and Morpho.

If you believe your organization meets the requirements of Chronicle Protocol’s validator community, and you are interested in joining reach out to us on

Discord or here.
