Galaxy CLO

Galaxy CLO 2025-1 (Class B) is a tokenized, senior-secured collateralized loan obligation issued by Galaxy Digital Assets and managed by Galaxy Asset Management. The instrument provides institutional-grade exposure to a portfolio of overcollateralized digital asset loans serviced by Arch Lending, with eligible collateral comprising Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL) and Ripple (XRP) held in custody by Anchorage Digital. Chronicle Proof of Asset delivers cryptographically signed, on-chain verification of the CLO's key exposures: total debt principal outstanding in the Arch Lending portfolio, total collateral held in custody by Anchorage Digital, portfolio loan-to-value ratio, and token supply — enabling investors to independently verify the structural health and collateralization of the instrument in real time.
