Securitize STAC

The Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund (STAC) (or “the fund”) provides digital, tokenized exposure to a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated AAA-rated Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), focusing on institutional-grade credit strategies with low to medium volatility. By recording shares on-chain, the fund enables blockchain-native ownership featuring programmable compliance, fast settlement, and real-time NAV tracking. Investors benefit from the structural protections of AAA-rate CLO tranches, alongside daily liquidity. The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) is responsible for asset servicing and custody. The fund employs a no-leverage strategy to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns with enhanced transparency for the digital asset ecosystem.
