GromaCoin

GromaCoin (GRO) is a token linked to the Groma Real Estate Trust that offers fractional exposure to a portfolio of income-producing properties. Each GromaCoin is backed by productive real estate in a US-regulated structure, with the Trust currently holding 133 properties. The token is designed to pay dividends and participate in portfolio appreciation, while its on-chain format enables use in crypto applications like DeFi. Managed by Groma Advisor, LLC and issued under the U.S. Securities Act Reg. D Rule 506(c) exemption, it trades as an ERC-3643 token on Base, with subscriptions and redemptions processed instantly in USDC and is open to U.S. and global retail as well as institutional investors.
