Galaxy Warehouse

The Galaxy Warehouse facility is a secured revolving credit facility under which draws are collateralised by digital assets pledged on a per-draw dedicated basis and held in custody by Anchorage Digital and BitGo Prime. Chronicle Proof of Asset delivers cryptographically signed verification of the facility's covenant compliance: permitted collateral, concentration limits, facility capacity and the per-position loan-to-value margin call and termination triggers set out in the credit agreement. Loan-level identifiers, notional amounts and clause text are encrypted at rest; the covenant checks and pledged collateral remain publicly verifiable.
