NYLIM US High Yield Bond Fund

NYLIM Anemoy U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Segregated Portfolio (the Fund) is a tokenized British Virgin Islands segregated portfolio, structured under the same wrapper Centrifuge applies across its fund lineup, giving tokenholders direct shareholder recourse to the underlying assets, and open to qualified investors outside the United States. The Fund provides eligible onchain investors with exposure to the U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Strategy of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), an asset manager with approximately $807 billion under management as of 31 March 2026. It is NYLIM's first tokenized offering and one of the pioneering institutional high yield corporate bond strategies made available onchain, launched on 29 June 2026. The Fund is tokenized through Centrifuge's institutional tokenization infrastructure, which records subscriptions and redemptions onchain, and issues its shares to investors as the HYB token. Subscriptions and redemptions are processed in USDC, the dollar-denominated stablecoin issued by Circle, while the underlying portfolio, investment process and risk management remain under NYLIM's control.
