Today, August 1st, 2024, Circle announced the launch of its fully reserved Euro stablecoin, EURC, on base. Chronicle is proud to have been selected as the official Oracle launch partner, providing a decentralized, verifiable, and cost-efficient EURC/USD price feed on day one.

Builders on base can now access the EURC/USD price feed oracle and, utilizing The Chronicle, gain a granular view of the source data and calculations involved in every onchain update of the EURC/USD price feed.

Fetch accurate, realtime price values for EURC/USD and leverage the decentralized oracle network that has solely secured MakerDAO since 2017, and continues to secure Maker, Spark, Morpho and many more.

We’re excited to support Circle in the development of EURC, the first MiCA compliant, euro backed stablecoin on base.

Ready for deployment

The EURC price feed is ready to be deployed across the EVM. If you require a transparent, verifiable, and cost-efficient feed for EURC on any of our supported blockchains, or would like to integrate EURC/USD on base, you can reach us via:

About Chronicle Protocol

Chronicle Protocol is a novel Oracle solution that has exclusively secured over $10B in assets for MakerDAO and its ecosystem since 2017. With a history of innovation, including the invention of the first Oracle on Ethereum, Chronicle Protocol continues to redefine Oracle networks. A blockchain-agnostic protocol, Chronicle overcomes the current limitations of transferring data on-chain by developing the first truly scalable, cost-efficient, decentralized, and verifiable Oracles, rewriting the rulebook on data transparency and accessibility.
